Shout out to SAVANT Building Solutions. I have a three generation rental property that needed some tlc. Out of date T Lock shingles fracturing from wind damage (now obsolete and out of production for repairs) and a garage roof that had dried cracking shingles. Brandon and his team at SAVANT came in and quoted a fair price (I quoted with 4 vendors), answered all my questions, and did a great job cleaning up. These guys know their stuff. Savant just finished our roof and chimney. Brandon was very thorough in explaining the process and the time table. We found them to be very professional, reasonably priced and did an awesome job. They did an excellent job cleaning up. We would definitely use them for future projects.
