Apartment full of bugs, roaches, mold and dust! My dad got an apartment from them in January, but couldn't even move in due to the environmental conditions. Myself, my dad, the professional cleaning crew and other friends and family who inspected the apartment and tried to prep it for my dad (who is a disabled veteran) had difficulty breathing, sinus issues and skin reactions after being in the apartment for more than 10 minutes. This is the worst place to live honestly. They micromanage you but not the team that works here. So many negative things to say about this.. 10/10 highly recommend not to live here. -this comes from MULTIPLE residents.
The apartments are built well and overall a decent place to stay. The office staff hold 0 compassion and every communication seems very unorganized. My biggest complaint or warning for new renters is that you will be charged for Valet Trash and for Waste management to come. I pay as much as my friend pays for her house! Between $40-$60 a month for trash disposal for my one bedroom apartment.
RJ is FANTASTIC! I had a leak coming through my kitchen light fixture at about 9pm (well after hours) and he was at my door to fix it in within minutes–equipment in hand! Cannot overstate how grateful I am that he was able to show up so fast and make the fix. Went well out of his way as well to clean up the light fixture. Thank you for saving my kitchen RJ!
Andrew showed up this morning and tighten up the back valve on waterline and that’s all it was easy Peezy great job and great personality friendly thank you very much and this is my review
