We had a serious problem when trying to move out. We submitted the notice of moving out as required, 3 months in advance, and we have email evidence of this. With only 20 days left before the move, the office informed us that they didn't have the letter and demanded that we pay a fine. This is unacceptable! They lost the letter! Any maintenance that needed to be done in the apartment was very difficult to get done.
