Don't move here if you value your vehicles, money, and well being. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever had the displeasure of living in. During my 3 (19'-22') year stay I had the following happen: 1.My car was wrongfully towed without notice for being "abandoned". Staff made no effort to remedy the situation. 2. Motorcycle was stolen right outside my apartment while I was sick with covid 3. Last year of our time here the AC would break down every Thursday and maintenance did not come in to "repair" it until Monday.... read more

Be very careful before renting at these apartments. My experience was extremely negative. The leasing process is very easy, but once you move in, the problems begin. In my case, I found mold issues and constant problems with the air conditioning system. What was most concerning was the lack of response and support from management after I reported the situation. I am a current tenant and am sharing this review to warn prospective residents and to hold property management accountable. Property manager Jill and her team have engaged in a pattern of behavior that I believe constitutes illegal fining, harassment, and violations of tenant rights. Fines have been issued at $150 or more per incident, despite the lease explicitly stating fines cannot exceed $100.
