I lived here for 1 year. The living experience was not horrible, but the issue came when I moved out. They had my deposit ($700), and at the moment of moving out they charged me for some damaged blinds, which I agree with. I left the apartment very clean in order to save as much as I could from my deposit. After all the charges they applied (which I agree with), they still charged $140 for "carpet cleaning," which I don’t agree with because I vacuumed the carpet very well, I don’t have pets, and the carpet was left in very g... read more
Terrible experience, management doesn’t seem to care, we had roaches 2 days after we moved in, our stairway was filthy almost everyday, and way more
Brandy,Kyra and Theresa are absolutely amazing. Anything you need they take care of it.
Kyra was so great and so relatable, she is very helpful and welcoming. So excited about our new place!
I just moved in and only minor maintenance issues. I love KYRA. She’s the best ever! 😊😊 overall I'm happy. -Rashard the maintenance guy is great. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
