I just moved in and only minor maintenance issues. I love KYRA. She’s the best ever! 😊😊 overall I'm happy. -Rashard the maintenance guy is great. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
We are looking to move out of state and will he renting site unseen. Kyra has spoken with me twice and has been nothing short of amazing. She has went above and beyond to answer questions I wasnt aware I needed to ask and ease my concerns. Because of the amenities and specifically Kyra's assistance this is now our 1st choice.
You guys have repeatedly asked me to leave a review so here goes...the bad, since day 1 my power has surged, constantly, all day, every day. My surround sound is destroyed, my router is about to be replaced for the 2nd time and now my pc is having problems. I have placed a work order every month which is either closed, or deleted. All I have heard for the last 3 months, I moved in in March, is we have someone coming to give us an estimate next week...how many estimates do you need? This was the worse experience ever moving any were. The amount of money this place cost me from a leaking A/C for over a year that they not only refuse to fix but also try calling the cops on me twice because I wouldn't leave the office until they would at least recharge it. Witch had to be done over 7 times in the yr I was in that unit. And still after I have moved out the same lady Megan the manger is trying to hit me with additional fees for cleaning and other bs.
