Would not recommend living here. We were here for 2 years and suffered a TERRIBLE roach infestation for the entirety of our stay. When we first moved in, the valet trash was left inside the apartment and infested with flies, there was trash in the upper kitchen cabinets, the secondary bedroom carpet had to be replaced (after cleaning it ourselves with a carpet cleaner and 2 professional cleanings by Stanley steamer) because it had such a strong smell of dog, there was dog food left from the previous tenants along the baseboa... read more
I'm a new resident and the process was quick and painless. My point of service was the manager Cassidy from start to finish and she was amazing. Smart, courteous, and straightforward with any and all questions and concerns. Love the place and common areas like the pool. Well maintained and great people to rent from!
Beware of this place. Theres a reason why there's so many vacancies and partly has to do with the lack of investment in upkeep of their old buildings, but mostly due to their shady practices of trying to squeeze whatever they can out of their tenants moving out because they know that's another vacancy for them. This place will be out of business real soon.
