Apartments DO NOT have washer dryer hookups they have a laundromat with small machines. Large items take to laundry mat. Also high-speed internet is not included. No manager on site if you have problems.
Do not believe it when they tell you that apartments have washer dryer hookups nope they have a laundromat also on some listings that says high-speed internet nope you have to pay for everything and good luck getting in touch with the manager
Not sure it even deserves one star. They cannot keep a manager on the property. No one wants to put up with what is expected of them for what they are willing to pay. I have my brother here and we cannot get anything done. They just want to take the money each month and they don’t want to be bothered!! Look elsewhere if you want a nice place to live!!!
If you have places for rent that are based on your income you need to answer the phone. I am so disappointed. I have a daughter that is in need of a place and we have called for several months. The voicemail is full. No one ever calls us back even when we left messages. If you are a manager of an apartment complex do the due diligence it takes to run it. I had posted a 5 star rating with a glowing recommendation. Until recently this was exactly how I felt. Unfortunately now I'm being endlessly harassed by 2 neighbors. They're a couple and I have no help from the management (only because she is unable to legally do anything). They don't want any single ladies on the property. It's now to the point where I can't check my mail because of the threats. And I am one of many single ladies going through this.
