Savannah Trace was a good place to live. Alex Bass-Peterson was a helpful and friendly manager and took care of issues when they arose. I am especially grateful that they took time to send an email to all the residents when our cat ran away.
We've been here for a few months and absolutely love it. The maintenance is quick, friendly and efficient. The management knows everyone by name and just makes you feel like you've known them for a long time. It's very safe and quiet. Neighbors are respectful. Very family friendly.
This is a great place to live! The office staff is friendly and maintenance staff is knowledgeable. My 3 bedroom townhome is perfect, 2 1/2 baths with a spacious living room and I have my own entrance with no one living above or below me.
We have been living at Savannah Trace for a few months now and overall have had a very positive experience. Even during the application process we were getting lots of green flags from the staff and property itself. For example, we got to see the exact unit we’d be moving into- which was important to us- and the property manager worked diligently to get us set within a tight move-in deadline. Looking for a nice quiet safe place this will be top tier ❤️ you will love how quick the maintenance are on top of things. If you are a loud rowdy person this place is not for you (lol) both of the managers are very friendly and respectful.
