Alex is great in the leasing office, the complex is clean and grounds are maintained. 10/10 recommend
Tim and Ed are very efficient. As soon as I place a maintenance order they are knocking at my door a hour later. I hope Alex keeps them around :)
Lived here for two years and had a great experience! Alex in the front office is always amazing with answering questions in a timely manner. Tim from maintenance was always available to fix anything and quickly with a positive attitude. Definitely recommend this place.

I LOVE living at Savannah Trace! This summer I will have lived here for 11 years now. This is my home. And I take care of my place as a home. I have great neighbors! But most of all, it is quiet and safe. The management staff are always so helpful! And I can’t say enough about their maintenance staff! I’ve had emergency maintenance issues on the weekend.
