We have been here since end of July and have loved it! It is safe, clean, and well maintained. Alex and Jazmine are always very helpful with questions. Ed and Tim are incredible with maintenance requests and have always been here to fix something within 24 hours- usually same day!!! We are very grateful to have landed at Savannah Trace.

Tim has been absolutely amazing at taking care of whatever we have needed fixed and is always prompt and polite. The office staff are just as amazing with any questions and if we have needed anything with our apartment!
I loved my years living at Savannah Trace. Alex in the office was great, and always extremely helpful. Any time I had an issue, I was gotten back to/it was resolved almost always the same day! The community is quiet, the location is perfect, and the size of the townhomes was perfect for me. Tim, who was one of the maintenance workers was my absolute favorite! I am so happy to write a review for this property. I appreciate the timelines of work orders being filled, the after hour care, and the community atmosphere. Most importantly, I have to give the highest praise and kudos to the absolutely best maintenance person in the state, Tim, he is knowledgeable, efficient, and one of the most skilled technicians I know. He ALWAYS gets the job done right the FIRST time. Thank you for everything Tim😊
