Great place. I'm not local and I had an issue with a tire on my trailer...pretty much shredded it... they got me in and out in 20 minutes and back on the road... excellent service and price. If i were local they'd be my go to tire place.
I had my brakes replaced around 6 months ago at Savannah Tire. Yet, within that short amount of time, my brakes seemed to be going again, with lots of vibration whenever I was pressing my foot down. When I went back to get the car checked out, they charged me $110 for a diagnostic on my check engine light (which was caused by the GAS CAP, which costs around $10!) and after that ridiculous charge, they then told me I needed new rotors, which they supposedly had fixed last time! I went in to check on the price of tires and I watched the sales person look at the Tire Rack web site and then quote me a price $60. more per tire...and this did not include mounting and balance! They also tried to force me in to a more expensive tire than what I wanted. There are better local places that are more customer oriented and helpful. Management needs to take a good hard look at what is going on here!
Went to take my car in to get a tire patched. They took over 2.5 hours to do it, damaged my rim, and didnt ensure the tire had the right pressure. It was 15 psi under. Not quality work at all
Don't go here! Terrible service!! They broke the valve stem (its one with a pressure sensor) on my tire when checking the pressure of the tire. They told me that it broke but said it was just the sensor and acted as if it was no big deal that it broke and never said that it was something that would have to be replaced before you can do anything with the tire. Don't Recommend At All!! My husband and I took our SUV there to figure out why it has not been idling normally & a few other problems. They said we needed to do a computer analysis, but didn't bother to mention the price. After it was done & $98.00 later, we left with no work being done to our vehicle & no more information than what we already knew, which was basically to take it to the dealer. so much better than the one in savannah, the employees here speak to you when you come in and they are polite, unlike savannah store where they are rude.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! – They tried to charge me $250 for a part that cost $70 at any auto parts store and I actually came to find later that I didn't even need that part at all. I originally went in for an alignment and they told me they couldn't do an alignment without at least one of these parts possibly two and held it over my head that I would be stranded without an allignment about 1000 miles from my home. Bad Service The drop off service doesn't work. I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday night. No estimate till 13:00. Only to be finished so late that it couldn't be picked up till after the store closed. That is the last time I will use this company.
