Bad Service The drop off service doesn't work. I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday night. No estimate till 13:00. Only to be finished so late that it couldn't be picked up till after the store closed. That is the last time I will use this company.
Don't Recommend At All!! My husband and I took our SUV there to figure out why it has not been idling normally & a few other problems. They said we needed to do a computer analysis, but didn't bother to mention the price. After it was done & $98.00 later, we left with no work being done to our vehicle & no more information than what we already knew, which was basically to take it to the dealer. Good quick automotive service Savannah Tire in Richmond Hill is a good automotive shop. The staff is very friendly and do not try to push you to get unnecessary services performed. The prices are average for this area.The mechanics are quick with most services to include oil changes and tire repair!
Made an appointment to drop our car off at 11am at the Richmond Hill location. The guy on the phone seemed to have no idea what he was talking about. Couldn’t tell me the mileage rating on the types of tires he was pushing. Dropped the car off at 11 am. At 7 pm they still hadn’t started on it. When I went in to find out when it would be done, they said they would stay until the tires were changed, but couldn’t do the alignment that day. What use it that? Recommendedwonderful place to have your vehicle serviced! they are great to work with!!!You also can meet some really nice people!! Strangers at first, then before you know it, exchanging names and numbers!!! God is good, all the time!!!!
We are from out of town and experienced tire trouble 5 hours into our trip. Savanna Tire checked our car out, changed our tire and got us safely back on the road. They were friendly and so kind to us! THANK YOU ALL!!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is horrible and knows nothing about customer service. I went in last Saturday to see about getting tires balanced and rotated...not exactly rocket science level work...was told they could get to it at 10 am next Thursday. Okay, no worries, make the appointment and show up at around 9:50 Thursday morning to drop the truck. I was told it would take about an hour and half so I planned on waiting. Went to the Richmond hill location for an oil change and to get my check engine light checked out. I was told that they didn’t have anyone to check it so that couldn’t be done. When I picked it up after my oil change, I went to Autozone because of being told that there was no one to do it. I went back to show them what I was told, and their response was ‘autozone is just trying to sell parts, well do the same thing for you for $100 but we can’t do it till Friday probably’.
