Savanna square apartments are a very nice place to live the management is professional and the maintenance crew are wonderful once you put in a maintenance request they are usually there the same day or day or two later depending on the situation is needed i would recommend Savanna square apartments to anyone
My fiancé just moved from there and I could never live there. He car was broken into, the neighbors smoking weed, the drug dealers in the parking lot and the landlord being petty during the walk through.
This is the friendliest place I have ever lived! Neighbors are quiet and considerate of each other. The property is maintained perfectly. Definitely a 5 star Community!
I have lived in Savanah Square Apartments 2 separate times, two years each time. I also lived in Savanah Terrace one year. The management and maintenance staff is super nice and quick to get things fixed when they break. They are very attentive to my concerns and address them promptly.
People were great it was a great place to be did they quit doing it this year I've been doing it for 2 years and this year they quit I hate it it's a big disappointment
