Do not use this company. They are miserable and completely unsympathetic. Hurricanes? Life threatening situations? Refunds? Nope, not these guys. Literally stay away. Buyer beware. Don’t ride these bikes. Take a walk and save your money.
We booked for a Bachelorette party and unfortunately had to cancel due to Hurricane Florence. We had been monitoring the weather in hopes the trajectory would change at the last minute so those traveling from out of state could come. Savannah Slow Ride would not provide a refund (we'd rented the entire bike!) and only offered a rain check even though we had no plans to return to Savannah! This was so much fun. It was really the highlight of our bachelorette weekend. Amanda was so awesome and really made the experience a great one. I would just recommend doing this later in the day so you’re not so hot.
This was the most fun thing we did in Savannah!!! It was so much fun!!!!!!! I literally will do this again and again!! Such a great ‘driver’ and everyone on our tour was awesome! Loved it!
