I absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah, or getting married there. I sent an inspiration photo to Meggen, and what she made was spot on. Not only that, but the grooms cake was so perfect! I only had 2 bites of the red velvet/cream cheese tier of our cake and it was delicious. We will definitely be going back for our 1 year anniversary and getting some tasty cake while we're there! I have posted 2 pictures in the comments! :)
A week before my little sister's graduation, my mother gave me the task of ordering the cake. The woman we usually get our cakes from was out of town, so I was scurrying to find somewhere to do the cake short notice. Run Runners came to my rescue!!! The cake was as delicious as it was beautiful!! Everyone who had a piece commented about how great it was. Ordering it was easy, too! Everyone was so nice on the phone and in person. I highly recommend ordering a cake from here... it's AMAZING!
Delicious homemade beautifully crafted cakes and so much more! As a wedding coordinator in the area, I choose to always refer and order wedding cakes and other specialty treats from this bakery because they always do a wonderful job and everything they make is so tasty! BLOWN AWAY by how awesome our groom's cake turned out. I e-mailed Meggan with a challenge to replicate a cake of our French Bulldog for our wedding last weekend and she nailed it. It was the cutest cake I've ever seen and looked just like him. Savannah Rum Runners also made mini cupcakes and a bride & groom cake for our wedding. It was all spectacular. I'd highly recommend this bakery.
