I love the apartment that I am in and the neighborhood. Most of the neighbors are very nice. It is pretty peaceful and very close to downtown.

This place deserves -0- stars. This is my 5th low income housing place & the first time I've ever had to deal with monthly inspections. And I don't know why. I reported a broken garbage disposal in Aug or Sept & it's still broken at the end of Nov & may not be replaced 'til after the first of the year because this place don't pay their bills. Have neighbors on either side of me who have dogs with anxiety issues who love to bark. Was forced to go to a mandatory meeting where they read the rules to us & claimed after 3 complai... read more
