Walls were extremely thin you could hear your neighbors talking. The manager at the time said that we needed to keep our dog from running at night which in reality it was our cat. That’s how thin the walls were. Honestly I’ve stayed in numerous apartments and I’ve never experienced such thin walls. I felt like I couldn’t even set my alarms to wake up in the morning without getting complaint notices. Would never recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Savannah Park. Nice place in the middle of everything, yet feels off the beaten path. The staff went out of their way to be a blessing. The maintenance guys (who responded very quickly) even brought balls for the kids to play with!

Everything was good until Hurricane Harvey. We was paying more then most in the complex. We went to talk to the manager 2 months ago and told her that we was going to go month to month. Beth said it would be okay to do that. 8 days ago, we get a letter on the door saying they will no longer go month to month. Then we get a certified letter in the mall saying they are kicking us out February 28th. Take in mind, we where never late and we even paid 2 months in advance once. They told us they had a waiting list and already rent... read more
