Great Place!!!! I love it out here! I have small kids who love the park and pool! The office staff and maintenance team are prompt and professional!

Stay far away So they changed their name because of the horrible feedback this place had. The Groves is what they were called. Look those reviews up! Here is mine.If i could give it zero stars I would. We flooded a couple years ago during a storm and they REFUSED to give us our deposit/rent back because it was unlivable. The redcross was generous enough to put us in a hotel. They also didn't inform us that this has happened there on more than 1 occasion!
