Called in to ask some information and the person I spoke with seemed very sarcastic and rude.
I took my daughter in for an appointment and was a little leery based off of the rating. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor took his time listening to my daughter's symptoms and explained everything in a manner that was easy to follow.
