asked for LONG COFFIN gel x nails and she cut the long tips (unevenly) until they were medium while making them square shaped. Had to ask her to make my nails even (because she didn’t care to acknowledge how uneven they were for herself) so they were even shorter by the time I left. Not to mention I had to wait 30 minutes past my 10:00 am appt to be seated (I was 10 minutes EARLY and they sat two people who came in AFTER ME before even asking me to pick out a color). I just started seeing Tina a couple of months ago after switching from a different salon. I am neurotic and she is meticulous. I’ve never had a complaint.
Always great service and clean. I love all the ladies, Kim is absolutely amazing - kind and the best massage ever.
I called early in the morning and asked if they had time for a dip mani and pedi. They said they could get me in at 11:45. I asked if I would be out of there by 1 because I had a dr appt and was assured it was enough time. My pedicure was first and when he started doing my nails I reminded him I had to leave by 1. At 1 he was just putting the first coat of gel on. I was charged full price for half done nails. I ended up with only 1 coat of gel so they don’t look complete.
