I have had nothing but exceptional experiences at this clinic and I am very grateful they are part of my family's wellness journey. I started at the clinic in 2021 and have had no reason to go anywhere else since (other than following them when they moved). Our family has been lucky to have Kim, Amanda, Ana and Travis and all treat us amazing, check in on a regular basis and ensure we understand the treatment plan. Was scheduled for a 45 min massage from 12:45 to 1:30. Therapist came out to get me right at 12:45 but I was already finished getting dressed, paid at the front and into my car by 1:29. Disappointed and will not be returning.
Great experience. Definitely going back Update 11 months later. Found this gem earlier in 2021. My wife and I have now taken all of our business to Savannah. Good group of RMT's here.
Clearly the owner only cares about money and not about the wellbeing of their patients. I was rushed out of the treatment room and then when I asked the receptionist about it I was met with attitude saying “you should’ve taken this up with your therapist” a little hard to do that when I’m being rushed out the door and treatment ended 5 mins earlier then it should’ve. I am extremely disappointed with my recent pregnancy massage experience at Savannah Massage & Wellness Clinic. I had booked and paid for a 60-minute pregnancy massage, but the actual hands-on massage lasted only about 45 minutes. As an expectant mother dealing with pregnancy-related stiffness, sore muscles, and joint discomfort, I specifically explained my concerns and clearly communicated the areas that needed attention before the session began.
