Truly the most amazing experience start to finish!! My only regret is not finding them sooner! I’m very particular about letting anyone do work on me and I cannot recommend Savannah Massage Therapy and Wellness enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
This clinic is extremely predatory and shows no accountability for their own mistakes. While the massage therapist themselves was skilled and helpful, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. I was fully charged for an appointment I did not book, and when I reminded the clinic that the booking was meant for the following week, they had nothing to say—no apology, no acknowledgment, no effort to correct their error. I have been seeing Lisa at Savannah for over 5 years now. It's amazing what you can feel like when you let her and any of her staff massage aching muscles and joints. I always feel like a new woman when I leave there. The receptionists at the front are very welcoming and friendly, and the aesthetic of the front area is beautiful. I love how Lisa has decorated the place, each room is so calming and peaceful.
