Savannah L. Keith, ARNP Is rude and unprofessional. The first thing she said to me when she recognize me was, aren’t you the one who had the wife that died from cancer? I thought that was a very disheartening thing to say to someone in Urgent care. None of my family really cared for her as our Care provider And I think she took that personally But I know that I will never receive care from her again.
She was very good helped me out
My experience was very good they treated me nicely and respectfully
