I don’t know what’s going on with this place but their care and customer service is absolutely non existent. We’ve had an issue since day one when we started going here, in January of 2025, getting any response from them for anything. Be it appointments, medicals issues, you name it. We called three days ago and as usual, no one answered during business hours. We left a voicemail and waited for a response (potential serious medical issue for our son in our mind). We chose SIP for my son because we wanted a more holistic approach to pediatrics and a flexible vaccine schedule. I should have done better research before coming here – there is NO PEDATRICIAN that works here. Just NPs. Anyway, we've been going there for 15 months and I would NEVER RECCOMMEND this practice to anyone. They are CONSTANTLY late - does not matter if your appointment is at 8am or 3pm. Had an appointment scheduled for months for a specific time. Months waiting. They then called and said your appt at x time. Then tried to change it which didnt work for us. "If you reschedule it'll be months" april om the phone was very rude- sighing with me on the phone telling me that we were lying about being scheduled for 10. Even though she also "misspoke" 10am on the phone when she called. Convenient. The office manager could have honored the appointment time they schedule but didn't. Refused to help us in any way. I really wanted to like it here but never had a good experience. It took 6 months for me to get my daughter an appointment. When I was talking to the receptionist over the phone to book her appointment, she asked me for my daughter’s name. When I said her name, another worker in the background repeated her name in a mocking manner, like she was making fun of the way I said it. Savannah integrative is the place to be if you want a nice friendly family orientated place to bring your kids we have been here a few times and they have been completely awesome
