My son just had his first appointment & we are so happy with this office!! Everyone is so kind & you can tell they truly care!
We chose this practice because we were seeking a more holistic approach to pediatric care and flexibility around the standard vaccine schedule, which many other pediatricians in the area refuse to offer. I can’t say enough good things about SIP!! We absolutely ADORE Charmaine and all the other staff and providers! She is very knowledgeable and so pleasant to be around! I never feel rushed, judged or dismissed like I have at other clinics. This is the only clinic I’ve been to where it’s clear that all the staff communicate with each other regarding patient concerns and needs as a whole! It’s impressive what they started 4-5 years ago and I’m so grateful we found them in our pediatric search!
My wife and I chose SIP to help us raise our child in a holistic form of medication. Our experience was horrible. It was our babies first ever appointment (he was 4 days old). The building is old. The baseboards were lathered with gunk. The nurse practitioner was very unprofessional. She had horrible interpersonal skills and did nothing but stress my wife out.
