I put my name on the list at 61 years and called when I turned 62 to inquire about a 1 bed room 1 Bath. I was lucky enough to rent a 2 bed 2 Bath moved in Summer last year. My first experience living with 62+ I expected more residents my age.. Being that it is Senior living. Some days I do get a little lonley.. Most residents are 70 and older.. Other than that.. I love my Apt.. I feel safe to walk around in the late evenings. And very safe coming in late at night. The residents are really sweet. Come on 62 people. Come check... read more

I have lived at Savannah house in Yukon going on 2 years and couldn’t be happier. It is one of the nicest properties that I’ve lived at. It’s clean and very well kept.

My mother is a newer tenant here. First it seemed perfect until she moved in!!! They have a roach problem that leads us to spend tons of money on keeping here sprayed up so she doesn't get any. Now all of a sudden they have no garbage bins. They said it was a mix up. That's lasting over a week now. She was told to keep her garbage inside???!!!! Really????? But most of them just throw it out on the ground! But because it's elderly I guess they think no one will care!
