We accidentally broke the glass on a light fixture and needed to replace it. We went to this business to buy a new piece of glass, but unfortunately we had the wrong measurements and had to come back. To our surprise, when we returned, they gave us the second piece of glass at no charge. It may seem like a small gesture, but in the United States it’s not very common for businesses to give things away for free. Savannah Glass really took care of my business! I had multiple mirrors installed, and their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
No bueno
Left glass all on the floor, took hours to come back to "clean it up". Still didn't clean the glass up, knocked stuff over without picking it up, said very rude things.
