Left glass all on the floor, took hours to come back to "clean it up". Still didn't clean the glass up, knocked stuff over without picking it up, said very rude things.
Called scheduled appointment. Associate calls and says, I am ten minutes away. Never arrived. Never called again.
Leslie went above and beyond with her customer service. She put me in contact with their woodworking partner who came out, took a look at our broken window and they were able to repair it.
Got small glass shelves for a curio cabinet. Great, fast, and friendly service.
