they don't come fix what needs to be fixed when it's an emergency like a/c and you have kids and it's summer time

I wish I could leave a great review, but the leasing office was closed. Mind you there was so signs or notes saying they were walking the property or closed for a reason.

Needs a more professional manager on board. One that does their job correctley,gets things done, and is in the office when she is supposed to be(which is never),and gets things fixed. She gives Kingsview a very bad name. Worst place I've ever lived!! Its a living he'll because of the so called "manager". I do not recommend at all.. BEWARE!
Under new management...very poor and unsatisfactory. Alot of criminal activity going on. If you have a mental disability management will speak rude to you and threaten eviction while you are not well. Proof on texts and recordings.
