Dr Caroline Freeman is just the best optometrist I have used since coming to Savannah 2 years ago. She is friendly and patient focused. A doctor that is on point with the latest technologies in the business. She is amazing and just easy to speak to about your vision care. Her selection of glasses are fashionable and knows the best contacts to help you see your best. I can go on and on about her; I highly recommend her to all my friends & family
5 Stars! Had my first appointment with Dr. Caroline Freeman at Savannah Family Eye Care today and was extremely impressed! Dr. Freeman and her optician Heather are laid back, friendly, professional, and know their stuff. Dr. Freeman answered all of my questions and explained everything I was seeing on her computer screen. this is the best eye doctor in Savannah. Today in the snow I broke my arm off my glasses and they looked up my frames and put the ones they had in stock aside for me so I can buy them and see again. Its so nice in the year of our lord 2025 to make a phone call and get to the real person who can solve your actual problem.
I can’t say enough good things about Savannah Family Eye Care! While on a business trip, I tore a contact and realized I didn’t have any extras. In a bit of a panic, I called their office, and they came to my rescue immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they provided me with a free sample contact on the spot. Dr. Freeman saw me with no appointment on a Friday at 4pm when I had scratched my cornea and was on so much pain that I thought i might have to go to the ER.. Between the numbing drops and the prescription she gave me my eye was healed by morning Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
