i have lived here for almost a year and have been very happy. The pool and the property is always clean The Property Manager /Director and Maintenance Staff are so nice and helpful. I opened an issue that dealt with two problems. They responded to me I believe not long after I opened it. The issues were taken care of in a timely fashion Maintenance crew were great and took the time to explain what and why I was having these issues. I live in Savannah Cove I truly like living here. The neighbors are nice. The area is clean. The office is responsive for emergencies, etc. I recently had a noise complaint issue and with the help of Stephanie we were able to fix this issue. She worked hard in assisting me to figure out where this music was coming from. The music was always between 10 PM on into the wee hours of the morning   I was able to locate this music and Stephanie is going to send a letter to the neighbor to ask them to cease and assist their music in... read more

Office staff member Debbie, dehumanized me, while I was trying to obtain a subsidized apartment. In our first conversation, I told Debbie that there was a possibility, of me having a roommate, due to a two bedroom apartments availability, not a one bedroom. Debbie pressured me to answer questions about my potential roommate without being qualified to answer those questions.
