Every time I call they are away from desk every time I go the office is closed I’ve tried multiple times to call to inquire about an apartment and each time I go no one is available not sure how to contact anyone regarding leasing an apartment or why they even have a leasing flag up with a phone number if no one is ever available to answer a phone call or at the office
horrible first experience and unprofessional office lady. I had an appointment for a tour at 2:30, i arrived at 2:20, there was a couple already in the office so i waited until they finished up, i went up to the lady to let her know i had an appointment, while doing so another person came in to which the office lady responded to me by telling me to wait while she helped the other lady out first. so i waited, she then proceeds to come up to me looking annoyed that she had to tour the apartment and tells me the price is $2100 ... read more
After living here for a year, my husband and I will be moving at the end of our lease in March. A couple of the things that made us want to move are the people who are dumpster diving in the complex daily and nothing is being done about it, the constant smell of Marijuana coming into our apartment and in our carport, since the people who sell/smoke it park right next to us. My husband's motorcycle got stolen during business hours and tried to get footage they gave me the run around saying I needed to get a subpoena. When Pol... read more
I recently inquired about looking to rent out a unit at this apartment complex, I scheduled an appt with the leasing manager Shay & Makel who was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information needed for the apartments. I toured the complex and liked the amenities they have to offer. I am looking to relocate to sacramento and this area was close to the freeway and various shopping locations in the area. Staff was helpful and very informative.
