I was looking into renting here and Ruby was extremely helpful in answering all my questions during the viewing! The property was quiet, refurbished, and clean. I especially liked all the amenities including the gym, outdoor grill, pool, and in-unit washer/dryer.
Ruby was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so friendly, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She was quick to answer any questions I had and really took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and is great at what she does. Honestly the worst experience I've had in an apartment. The company will nickle and dime every dollar they can. There is dog poop everywhere and residents do not clean up after their pets. Kids play unsupervised in the parking lots to avoid the poop. There are blasting pool parties every weekend and the base is clearly heard in the apartment; the front office does nothing to address this. The grounds are Very clean, and it’s a gated community area.
i lived here a little over one year and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. they didnt change the carpet after i asked MANY times and the maintenance guy even told me later he said to change the carpet. IT REEKED OF CAT PEE AND WAS INFESTED WITH FLEAS. MY POOR GSD has NEVER HAD FLEAS. but they were living in the carpet and wouldnt stop coming back until i put him on prescription grade Bravecto.
