This apartment is the reason why I moved back to Florida from sacramento California, worst experience ever, they will not give you back your deposit, they will do everything to keep the deposit , they made up a bunch of lies about the condition of the way you left just to keep your deposit.
After dealing with terrible management in the past, I can honestly say this is the BEST management ever. The complex is always clean, well taken care of, and maintenance responds quickly and efficiently every time. They actually care about the residents and it shows. This has been the best experience I’ve had by far. Highly recommend! Thank you Jennifer for hearing me out!
Poor customer service. Isabel in the office is mean, short, and simply has the I don't care attitude. Ruby is kind. 2 men attempted to break in to my apartment. Parking is horrible so I parked right outside the complex and 2 of my windows got smashed. I reported the incidents and no longer felt safe but there was no accommodation and no empathy or compassion for our experiences living there. If they would only get rid of the chicken infestation that would be amazing. They are breeding like crazy and there are over 50 of them running around crowing non stop from 4am to 11pm every single day climbing on cars scratching up the paint and pooping on them. Pooping everywhere and carrying diseases. I've asked repeatedly in emails and went to the office personally and they said they would do something about them but still haven't done ANYTHING.
