I loved the service from Chris earlier that day because I made a mistake with my tickets and he fixed very quickly! But, it was so HOT from beginning to end I almost passed out!

Attended graduation of SCAD on June 3. 2 grandparents are not handicapped, but needed a little help with the dangerous stairs. The lift was broken or not even there & there is no elevator. Very difficult situation.There was no railing going to our seats in the lower section. Quite dangerous. Obviously, this arena was built for younger people. One day someone will really get hurt & you will have a major problem.
