The concert was amazing! Loved Harry Connick Jr. The security was a joke. The first 30-40 mins consisted of them being rude, walking up and down the aisles, shining flashlights in people’s faces for even having a phone out. Even if they didn’t have their camera on. If your policy is no cellphones, you should have a sign. It must have been distracting enough for Harry to ask them to stop.

Just left Harry Connick Jr. i have been to many shows here, but this one topped them all. An incredible talent. I also recommend this venue. Every seat is good. The security did ruin the first half of the show. If there is no video or pics allowed, please make an announcement before the show. The security parading up and down the aisles distracted from the show. Thanks Harry for putting a stop to it.

Went to see the nutcracker on 11/24... Line out the door, security was a joke. No ushers to usher people to our seats, then when we got to our seats I had to argue with a lady who was sitting in the wrong section. “The usher said these were my seats” umm no... your wrong... The popcorn was stale like it was 2-3 days old. The pretzel was as hard as a brick. Lady microwaved it prior to giving it to us and it was like chewing cardboard.
