I ordered some motorized shades in May from Savannah Blinds, my sales representative was Nikki Pettit. The shades came back from the manufacturer with a malfunction and when I received the shades on 7/18 I was displeased because there was a cord hanging from the shades that looked very tacky. I the installer could not fix it where the cord would not show. I was dissatisfied with the cord hanging and told him to please asked Nikki to call me.
