My mom has been living here for over 15 years, and unfortunately, we had plenty of bad experiences with the old management teams. New management doesn’t seem to care about tenants. Also, the mail was broken into but they didn’t post the culprits photos so, were the camera’s even working? I don’t understand why the mailbox keeps getting broken into because if it’s already happened over a dozen times, why hasn’t management done anything to improve the security of the mailbox? A stronger lock? It’s horrible because what if someone’s personal information was taken by the thieves? The management doesn’t seem to care.
