Bought my first home from Brookfield Residential in Audie Murphy about 3 months ago. Everything started off great from the neighborhood to the communication from the builder. Once you get close to your one year builder warranty, you submit requests for items that are covered by the builder. This process has been a nightmare and the unfortunate part is that after we expressed frustration and disappointment, the builder did not seem to care at all.
