If I could give no stars, I WOULD!!! Unprofessional!! Made a service call; after waiting for 2.5 hours, showed up and left. Stating they had 7 more calls. Then rudely commented and said- well we can call your warranty for someone else... Definitely, would not use their service.
I called to see if I could get an estimate on it would cost these people to come out to service my oven that is not working and we don't know why, the website says they are open 24 hours and so I called and the woman that answered the phone said she couldn't give me an estimate because she wasn't at her computer right now, not sure I want to use them!!!!
