I recently wrote a nice review of this place; I don't know what has happened to make the quality plummet so rapidly since I wrote it. The pool area is in disarray and no maintenance is being done to the apartments. I have been waiting several weeks for the fan and light fixtures in my bathroom to get fixed. I don't even know if we have any maintenance workers at this time. I’m 17 and looking for an apartment when I’m 18 but looking at this apartment seems overpriced. I know it wast build long ago but I literally veined another apartment complex that was way less than this.

Very bad. It's the same cost to stay here as to rent a full sized house and yard on the local economy in Sierra Vista. Even TDY houses are available. The problem with Savannah Springs is that the walls are very thin, I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. Also, they have nothing to keep people from the neighborhood out of the pool/barbecue area, local kids just reach over the gate to open the pool, which was basically the only amenity I rented to place for.
