Won something off their auction, turned out they didn't have this item at all. Wasted an hour getting there, wasted over an hour waiting there and drove an hour home empty handed. While this was completely their mistake, they did nothing to recompense for a complete oversight on their employees. So disappointed in the lack of decent human service. You mess up, you fix your mistakes. Make it up to people!
I love this store. Lots of good deals, regularly getting new and interesting inventory, friendly staff. Can’t ask for much more.
