*UPDATE* Nate went above and beyond to fix this issue. Great guy! Totally understandable from his side, still believe it could've been totally dealt with differently but in the end he made up for it. Thank you! *ORIGINAL* Won something off their auction, turned out they didn't have this item at all. Wasted an hour getting there, wasted over an hour waiting there and drove an hour home empty handed.
