Took my Jeep for inspection today and I must comment on the pleasant experience. Johnny Pietrowski is a wonderful Service Advisor. Greeted me as soon as I entered and called me shortly after to thoroughly explain and recommend the need for new tires which I had anticipated. He promptly phoned that my car was ready to be picked up sooner than I expected. Good customer service is essential to business and JOHNNY excels. KUDOS.
