I sent two emails inquiring about a firing pin for a Stevens 555 trap gun. Crickets.......You can't find the firing pins anywhere. My daughter's trap team has had four firing pins break in the past 5 weeks. They all bought their guns about three years ago. What a nightmare. Don't purchase the 555!
I was sold an inferior rifle. Used it twice, broke each time. They haven't answered my constant request to return it for refund. Stay far away
Hours are misleading
I bought a left-handed .22 in Sept of 2024. Not only would it keep jamming, but I could see one of the internal parts had warped. It took several attempts to get a live person, and I was able to mail in my weapon. I reached out again in November and was told they were waiting on parts. I have received no response or communication since, despite sending multiple emails and trying to call many times. It's almost February 2025. I could have learned how to machine and made one from scratch by now.
