Do not, do not, do not use this company. Scheduled and rescheduled four times. They don't return calls and if you do catch one of them, they will lie. They never showed up when they said they would show. My 87 year old mom and my step father who has suffered four strokes has been trying to deal with a heat index of over 100 degrees for over a week. Best Air Conditioning Service Company I have ever delt with We had an emergency when both of our units went out due to some incompetent duct cleaning company. My family and I were very fortunate to get an after hours appt the same day. Joey fixed 2 huge units in less than an hour and was very pleasant even though it was 98 degrees outside at that time and friday night and he had to have been exhausted from a full day of calls in intolerable heat. Long time customer so you can trust this review WE HAVE USED THESE FOLKS OVER 20 YEARS We have had no complaints with these people AT ALL! They show up when called and make it as soon as possible. The service men have been courteous and nice. In fact, employee turnover seems to be non-existent.

The Best Company I found myself in the middle of summer with no air conditioning. The Company I was using was Service Experts and they were telling me that I need a brand new complete system. That just did not seem right to me since my house was only 5 years old. My next door neighbor came outside and could see I was upset with this terrible news. Awesome Service top to bottom After being burned in the past by several AC companies, I was very hesitant to try anyone, that being said when I called Savage the owner actually answered the phone (how many companies can say that), he was very nice and helpful. They arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it in 20, $75 service charge was very reasonable. I now have a new AC company that will do all of my work from now on.

Customer Service I have had the best service with Savage Air. Their customer service is extraordinary. They actually bent over backwards for me and my situation. I have used them for over 12 years. I highly recommend and trust them. Thanks!
