I have been with Sav-On Storage for over 10 yrs. Recently, they accused me of being delinquent in payments for the past 3 months. I have been a faithful customer and always paid before the due date. Due to their inefficient bookkeeping, I had to jump through hoops to prove that my payments were sent. I didn't appreciate them causing me to do the "footwork" of proving I had made payments.
