Our experience with Savon in the Colonies has been terrific. We called for a refill in the morning as we needed it right away. Followed up in a few minutes and they had already faxed the refill request to the doctor. We had the refill that afternoon.
If one person says there's nothing on file, ask to speak to another. I got the run around from this pharmacy for 2 months. They blamed my doctor. Turns out it was all the fault of certain pharmacy staff who lack common sense. This isnt a small mistake. I will be looking into reporting the pharmacy or specific staff members. I never should have switched to this pharmacy.
