I love this pharmacy but am so tired of them ignoring their phone calls. You can never get anyone on the phone.

The lady at the check out window is nice, but if you ever want to call a prescription in, then I would choose a different pharmacy. I tried to fill a script for my ex one time, I call 6 days straight, I called Albertsons and they took my name and phone number down so the pharmacy could call me back...they never did. I even left a voicemail and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK, NOR DID THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. Im not proud of this but i also tried the Doctor's Line and guess what!? They didnt answer! The frustration of the staff not being on the same page has been an issue more than a dozen times. Every person will tell me something different and I still leave without the rx I need to keep my disabled child from withdrawals. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
