This pharmacy has been on of the best that I have gotten my prescriptions from.
The new manager amber is Absolutely rude. She yells at you when you go to Her With a complaint about her, she will literally avoid you and stay upstairs instead of Addressing any problems that a customer may have. the young lady who would be outside cooking the ribs. Some of these people leaving reviews seem like they've never worked a day in their life. This pharmacy staff works their butts off and gets things done surprisingly fast for how busy they always are. They have always been great to me. Plus it's one of the few pharmacies that actually take phone calls.
Pharmacists, technicians, and other pharmacy staff have to deal with enormous pressures from many sectors of the fundamentally broken and comprehensively dysfunctional insurance and medical systems while also managing customer service relations at the same time. No pharmacy is perfect, but I have appreciated the efforts of the folks at Sav On Coburg for years. I've tried to be understanding but at this point it is ridiculous. They have issues answering the phone even when slow, they will block meds without checking patient history, and good luck getting your number changed by one of them in under 3 months. I have had multiple occasions of either not getting an answer, or when I do get an answer, being put on hold for 30 mins-1 hour, and when I do come in, and ask if they've been busy I get a no.
