I love the women who work here. They know my name, and I am not memorable and I don't come in that often! They treat everyone like a person and they understand that they are there to help people. And they seem to really enjoy what they do. And the charming accent doesn't hurt! But on a more serious note, they do a really nice job of communicating between the doctors and the insurance and then communicating that back to you. And they're fast. The pharmacist here is an arrogant gas bag. Unless you want this idiot to waste your time with his views on everything, including your medical care, go elsewhere. Someone should really give this guy a set of forceps, so he can pull his head out of his ass.
