After being referred to management there was no followup even after asking for any kind of come back none was given. The excuse was the pharmacist was off. Told that there would be some kind of explanation and none given. After last call the complaint was never addressed and no reply from the main customer service that was supposed to return call. No communication after several attempts to reach anyone with any return.
PHARMACISTS are very knowledgeable and the Staff are very kind and always helpful. Even when everyone is very busy, theyre still kind. I've never had a bad experience in 20 years.
So my doctor sent my pharmacy prescription over here, but I’ve used the one on the opposite side of town for seven years. It was an accident so I called up the pharmacy asked them if they could cancel it and send it over to my pharmacy on the opposite side of town And you know what the guy told me he told me I was wasting his time now I wish I would’ve said this on the phone to you but you, sir are the one that chose that job I am absolutely shocked in your attitude.
