They sent a machine with NONE INSTRUCTIONS! What am I gonna do???
I’ve been a customer for 5 months and didn’t have any problems. I had accidentally ordered the wrong sized bag because they were out of stock of the bag I usually purchase and I needed to return them. I submitted a request to return, I received no email telling me the next steps to return. Weeks went by and I finally called them and they didn’t answer. Placed an order for bags, and my account was debited immediately, but have yet to receive shipping info. Have been trying for two weeks to reach them. Emails bounce back and no one answers the phone. They did email me to remind me of additional items left in the shopping cart, ready to take my money, but clearly not ready to send anything. I finally got a recording the other day, but no one picked up. Other times I either get a busy signal, or no one picks up, not even a recording. Stay away.
Horrible customer service. Takes literally 5 days for them to answer their phones and then they hung up on me. They cancelled my order and have not refunded my money. This is my experience and I am hoping that no one else will fall prey to these poor business tactics. There are plenty of other providers for what they sell.
TERRIBLE. TERRILE. TERRIBLE. They send you wrong products and ask you to return the product on your own then disappear with no refund or ship a correct product. Definetley huge scammers!!!
