We have owned the business since the early 1970's and have been in the computer field for the last 20 years.

They completely set it up so all I had to do when I got home was plug it in. Old data, programs, printer, email, everything was ready to go. Talk about a "turnkey operation" - this was it. They took my order, built it, and asked for my old computer to start moving stuff to the new computer. When I picked up they sat me down and explained what they did. Very thorough.
I walked in and unlike other places, they actually talked to me like a human being. Tech people that can talk. Go figure. I dropped it off. Later that day I received a call requesting approval for a hard drive replacement and re-installing Windows and such. They asked me to bring in any software I had. This was all the SAME DAY! I approved the estimate, they replaced the hard drive, and I picked it up the next day. They even included a detailed, lengthy note about what they installed and did, in plain English! I went there just looking around and pricing computers, the same computers that they have there for $1,000 you can get at other local computer shops (milwaukee pc) for $300, i brought in a price sheet from Milwaukee PC and they refused to match it saying that even though there system was slower had less memory... and more expensive it was somehow better because they put there name on it, also there is pictures on how they build computers, i asked them what a certain part was that they loaded the software on to the computer w... read more

One of the techs here tried to tell me DivX is a codec. It's not just a codec, it's also a player and a converter. These guys know nothing.
they were so rough with my laptop when it was getting fixed there that i need a new screen now
horrible place, they over charge for doing nothing
while my laptop was in being fixed, they changed all my settings and my background, was that necessary? not to mention there were cracks on the top that werent there before. not coming back
