We called Suave Wednesday they sent a technician immediately at around 7:00pm with a free diagnostic for the furnace. They ordered the part immediately. Called us as soon as the part came in. Honestly the furnace is 3 years ok they covered it under warranty (which another company did a really shitty install BH) fixed the pipes that weren’t glued by BH furnace has never run better they even sealed all the connections in the furnace so we aren’t loosing all kinds of heat. 100% percent recommend this company and will always use... read more

Ben Suave was great when he came to give us a quote on what we needed for our home. He provide a quote for a heat/ac pump. He did inform us that the electrical was separate and that the company can bring an electrician or we could get our own. We did ask roughly how much it would cost for the electrical and he said around $600.00. I cannot complain about the installation or the guys doing the work. I will start off by saying the team was great, the work was done well and the guys explained how to use the new heat pump. The pump has been a game changer, house was nice and cold all summer!! The warranty is unbeatable! If I need another one I will probably buy from them again, but... The only reason I'm not giving 4/5 star is because the company told us they could use their partner electrician to hook up the electrical and that it shouldn't cost more than $500-$600 (they said the same thing to my mom when she got hers rig... read more

We had used Ben Sauve 3 years ago for a complete new furnace install and we were very happy. Yesterday we hired them again for a new AC unit. We were reminded of how wonderful this company is. 1st the customer service when you call in is fantastic. We had Jordan & Wes as the installation guys and they were both wonderful. They were puctuable, knowledgeable, polite, professional & kept their work space very tidy. If you are in need of a heating or ac company look no further this is the company to use.
