I was very happy with the salon and have always used them in the past, but recently I had a bad experience and had to look for a new stylist. When I wanted to write a review, I noticed a few other people also got upset with Tabitha. It is sad to see that the quality of their customer service is dropping. Tabitha looks like a very kind person, but she will turn completely into a different person when caught in lies. She is very rude. Tabitha is super sweet and nice person, also very talented beautician. We have been going to Tabitha for a couple of years now, and we have done Keratin treatments, haircuts, color, and hairstyles and everyone is very satisfied with her job. Tabitha is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly talented when it comes to color—she really listens to what you want and delivers results that are even better than expected.
