Ghosted a couple of little boys in the middle of treatment. Can’t get a hold of anyone in the office. This place is the actual worst.
I had a horrible experience at this place. Dr Sauter told me that my braces had to stay on for another few months then when I paid off my treatment a month later he took my braces off. When the assistant made my impressions for my retainer she did a horrible job that my retainer was loose in my bottom teeth so much that my teeth started shifting. I mentioned it to Dr Sauter he blamed me by saying I wasn't wearing my retainer like I was supposed to which was completely untrue. He refused to correct the issue by making another... read more
I have had two of my children go through Dr. Sauter and it has been a great experience. The kids have gotten their teeth straighted out and my wallet didn't flatten out as we went along. The office staff is great and friendly and I have not had any complaints from my kids regarding their treatment. I recommend them.
We have been seeing Dr. Sauter for years, and Dr. Sauter was referred by my friend. Since I had bad experience with other orthodontics doctor in the past, so it is kind of nervous about referral is good or not. After the first visit for consultation, I already felt Dr. Sauter is right doctor for my son based on Dr. Sauter's insight of the issues, and detailed explanation of what my son needs to be done.
