My brother's glasses broke while in Sausalito. We dropped by, the staff was very nice and happy to replace the missing screw within minutes without asking anything in return. Many thanks for the help, saved the day!
We really like Dr. McCoy and her team. Twice we went for eye exams and then waited for glasses. Both times the glass did not work and they had disposed of the former lenses. They sent them back. We waited for weeks and weeks. When they finally did arrive they were workable but still not right. Too bad. Great group of people but a terrible, terrible lab. A very expensive and time consuming mistake for us.
