We really like Dr. McCoy and her team. Twice we went for eye exams and then waited for glasses. Both times the glass did not work and they had disposed of the former lenses. They sent them back. We waited for weeks and weeks. When they finally did arrive they were workable but still not right. Too bad. Great group of people but a terrible, terrible lab. A very expensive and time consuming mistake for us.

We are huge fans of Sausalito Optometry! For over 10 years, my whole family has benefited from the care and expertise of Dr. McCoy and her fabulous, committed team. As my son said at an early age, Dr. McCoy is my FAVORITE doctor! We find awesome frames in her in-house selection, they have patiently coaxed us through learning to use contact lenses, and they just make the whole experience fun and easy.
