Paperwork was sent to Dr. Saunders in 2019. VAC needed additional info for approval and CLAIM STILL NOT COMPLETED to date (July 10, 2025). They ignore you when you email them for a status on the claim. Phoning is useless. It's an absolute NIGHTMARE. I've given up and will see another doctor. Suffering with pain since initial claim in 2019. It appears they just don't care. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Look elsewhere- They never answer their phones. Very long wait to get in as well. Very disappointed!

Endless nightmare experience with front staff. Paperwork not complete for over a year, 2 days notice that a 300+$ bill will be sent to collections because staff refuse to discuss or call to get answers. Horrible experiences, 2 yrs of run around.
