Really appreciate the Saunders crew doing an amazing job on our historic house in Bellevue. Jay and his crew were friendly, quick and efficient. A drone assessment had identified several potential holes, that turned out to just be dirt after Jay took a closer look. I recently had an HVAC contractor out for a backed up drain line try to upsell a whole new unit for an issue that a second opinion identified as a minor problem , so I appreciated the upfront honesty.
Saunders Roofing made my new roof and new gutter guards project smooth and seamless. From my first phone call contacting them to paying the final bill, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the way. I have been recommending Saunders Roofing since my great experience with them.
The service crew was great. Jay was very patient and professional in answering my questions to make sure that the repairs, snow guards installation, and additional downspouts installation were according to my understanding of expectations. The work areas were clean and orderly. I appreciated their use of safety equipment (harness) giving me peace of mind that everyone is safe. Overall, I’m very satisfied.
