Called in from out of state to ask about a truck for sale, and the guy who answered just seemed to be having a bad day and didn’t send me photos so I could see the truck better. I didn’t ask him to lay on the ground, just wanted photos of the engine and undercarriage. Didn’t take them or upload them and simply assured me “it’s worth driving 12hrs for…” says every person selling a car ever. Interaction was very condescending. I thought I was dealing with honest people however, they should be more upfront about their cars . I am financing a car that I can’t even drive. the first week I had it the heat went out and it will be thirty days before, I can get a part. Luckily, I got the warranty however, they are only going to pay half of the bill. I feel like this is the worst deal I ever made paying for a car that I only had less than thirty days sitting in the driveway. I will not recommend this place.
I was in an accident back on November 15th. My Mustang was totalled by my insurance company. Was not looking forward to car shopping at this time of the year but my sister referred me to Saunders! First class act there let me tell you. Jason let me drive two of his vehicles on November 28th. No pressure no pushyness. Just let me pick out what I wanted! Ok I had to delete my first review and now change my feelings on this company. I truly thought we bought a decent used car for my sons first car and thought that the gentleman who sold us the car was very nice and decent and honest. Turns out thats not true. The car is in way worse shape than what we were told. We did ask for a carfax and were told they do not do that. Should have been our first red flag.
