Whoever the receptionist was today (sounds like an older lady) needs a lesson on how to talk to patients. In a two minute phone called she got a smart attitude when I was clarifying that I had the correct phone number, then she asked if I had been there before and I said no clearly, and she proceeded to look me up and told me she couldn’t find me in the system then argued with me that I said I have been there.
